Ideally, if your condo has a water element, it would be best to `ride' on the water position of the condominum especially if it enhances the entire plot of land.

If you want to place a small water fountain:

1. It should usually be inside the living room.

2. It should not be at the centre of the house.

3. Preferably, that the breadwinner or the spouse is not a weak fire person or strong water element person.

4.If the condo is not big, or less than 1,400 sq feet, one should think twice placing the fountain.

5. If one places a fountain, some asked, should I switch it on 24 hours?

Usually, if the fountain is small, it will have minimal impact as e.g. the beneficial Qi created, is insignificant.

One consideration is that if it is turned off, one might consider it `broken'.

The SW or romance corner you mentioned is based on the Eight Associations or Life Aspirations concept. This is a static interpretation of the Gua.

As this is concept is too general, in my opinion, it does not matter if one enhances the sector or not.

I am not sure, how a wind chime can help in an enclosed toilet.

Firstly, for a `hobbist' or one who enjoys the sound of the wind chime, I believe the toilet is too sheltered for it to make a sound.

Secondly, perhaps, you can share with us where did you come across that a wind chime should be placed in a toilet.

Ideally, one must be careful if one wants to place a metallic wind chime at the West, NW and NE. If placed wrongly it may be `bad'.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
