Dear Anon,

1. Is it possible to have (instead) a spare bed below your bed. If so, this would be a better choice.

2. Some FS practitioners would condone the use of loft beds i.e. double decker beds. But in my opinion, if it is a double decker bed; it should not pose a problem as someone sleeping at the lower bed has (in my opinion) the same level and unlike a beam, which is `concentratec' or said to supress downwards below it. Here, the same level bed dissipates the `weight' above.

3. But in your case, I personally also feel that it is not too good to have part of the body especially one's head sleeping below the loft.

If so, perhaps, if you can, sleep with the head away from the loft (if this is possible).

But, in my opinion, there is not much one can do here.

Under the five elements concept: To destroy metal (assuming the bed is metal) is to use `fire element' to destroy it.

You could perhaps, try to place a red paper around the size of 12cm by 6cm to neutralise the metal element. Assuming the bed is made of metal.

If the loft bed is made of wood; then use metal element to destroy wood. You can paste 6 pieces of metallic foil (each metallic foil can be around the size of 2 cm each) underneath the loft where your head is facing.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
